In this article, we will transparently explore Klark's mission, vision, and purpose, detailing how we plan to transform customer care.
My journey towards founding Klark began over a decade ago, rooted in extensive experience in customer service and a growing fascination with artificial intelligence. In 2023 I discovered ChatGPT, I was convinced that AI could fundamentally transform customer care — not just incrementally improve but revolutionize it. I envisioned a future where AI could enhance agent performance and customer satisfaction far beyond the capabilities of traditional chatbots.
In early 2023, James and Yoann, having left their previous startup, began exploring various entrepreneurial projects together. Their synergy and shared desire to innovate laid a strong foundation for something groundbreaking.
In May 2023, I brought the concept of Klark to James and Yoann. The idea resonated deeply with both, given James’s recent forays into using AI for creative projects and Yoann’s technical expertise. Recognizing the transformative potential of the vision, we decided to unite our skills and passion to launch Klark⚡️.
From that point on, the journey of “we” truly began.
Our mission was clear: to build an AI-driven platform that not only supported customer service agents but empowered them to deliver exceptional service, transforming customer care one interaction at a time.
With our foundational principles established, we set forth our guiding vision:

This decision was driven by several key reasons:

Just two weeks after launching our prototype, we had our first testers. Their feedback allowed us to validate and refine our model rapidly. This quick validation not only confirmed the effectiveness of our approach but also highlighted the robustness of our solution, proving that our strategy to make customer interactions as seamless and risk-free as possible was on the right track.
With Klark, we offer a solution that enables agents to do their jobs easier, faster and more efficiently, thanks to AI.
We have developed a proprietary knowledge algorithm that allows us to generate appropriate responses within a few hours of setting up our application.Our algorithm feeds itself with the data already available in your CRM and every conversation that has happened before. It “cleans” it and organizes it according to the specific rules we have settled.
With Klark, we offer a solution that enables agents to do their job easier, quicker, more efficiently, thanks to AI.
The system then sends the information to the best generative AI models. We are currently working with OpenAI’s GPT4, Mistral Large and Anthropic’s Claude 3 that provide us with the best answer possible for the request.
