Absolutely, Klark is fully compliant with the GDPR.

With the appointment of a dedicated DPO and rigorous policies for data protection, we ensure the security of your information. Our commitment includes data encryption, limited data retention and strict access management.
Hosting data in Europe, training our teams, and carrying out regular audits are all part of our approach to ensuring full compliance with the GDPR.

At Klark, respecting your privacy is a top priority.

Is Klark SOC 2 or ISO27001 certified?

Klark is firmly committed to data security and is actively working towards SOC 2 Type 2 certification.
To achieve this, we use Vanta, a recognized tool that helps us to continuously monitor our systems and apply security best practices, thus guaranteeing the protection of our customers' data.

Does Klark store my data?

keyboard_arrow_down

Yes, Klark stores the data necessary to provide our services, but always in accordance with the GDPR and our strict data protection policies.
We take stringent measures, such as encryption and storage limitation, to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. What's more, we host all our data in Europe.
At Klark, we ensure that your data is treated with the utmost care and respect.

How long does Klark store my personal data?

keyboard_arrow_down

To comply with the GDPR best practice of minimization, Klark only stores personal data for as long as necessary: as soon as your customer service agents have used our AI-generated suggestions we instantly delete the associated personal data.

Are Klark's algorithms trained on my data?

keyboard_arrow_down

Your data is used solely for your use and is completely segregated from the data of our other customers. Your data is of course used to generate suggested answers and help your customer service agents improve productivity and quality, but it is not used to train our algorithms.

Is my data sent to LLMs?

keyboard_arrow_down

Before sending your data to LLMs, we systematically anonymize the personal data contained in your data so that we NEVER send personal data to third-party LLMs.
Any personal data that passes through Klark remains solely with Klark, stored in Europe.

What LLMs does Klark use?

keyboard_arrow_down

At Klark, we're "LLM agnostic" and don't want to be dependent on specific LLMs. Our promise is to bring you the best of AI at every moment and according to your needs. That's why we've developed an orchestration algorithm capable of calling on the best LLMs on the market.
Today, for example, we use the services of GPT 4 Turbo (OpenAI), Mistral Large and Claude 3 (Anthropic).
