Our first fund-raising campaign: from vision to execution

9 months after our creation, we are proud and grateful to announce the successful completion of Klark’s first round of fundraising!

In March, we raised 1,7 million € from Kima Ventures, Super Capital and Source Ventures along with a network of Business Angels including founder of Back Market Thibaud Hug de Larauze, co-founder of Ledger Thomas France, former CEO of Qapa Laurent Delaporte or former CEO of Cdiscount Emmanuel Grenier.

Triumphs and teamwork on oour road to fundraising

After nine months of hard work, laughter, we’ve hit some bumps, but also celebrated many wins. A true rollercoaster of emotions! Our team’s dedication and spirit have carried us through, from landing our first design partners to earning the trust of our investors. It’s been an eventful ride, and we’ve come out stronger and more determined than ever. And it’s all thanks to the amazing support of our team and early adopters who believed in us from the start.

Since day one, Klark has been fueled by a common passion for innovation and a relentless determination to revolutionize the customer service industry. What started as a daring idea among friends has blossomed into a thriving venture, all thanks to the unwavering support and devotion of our incredible team. Our mission has always been crystal clear: to simplify and enhance the way businesses connect with their customers, making every interaction seamless, more human and more friendly. With every challenge we’ve faced and every milestone we’ve achieved, our commitment to this mission has only grown stronger.

This fundraising marks a pivotal moment for Klark, symbolizing not only financial support, but also a resounding vote of confidence in our mission and platform.

With these funds, we’re gearing up to accelerate our growth and enhance our offerings to better cater to our customers’ evolving needs.

Specifically, we’re focusing on three key areas: 

  1. Improving our priority algorithms: We are redoubling our efforts to improve our control systems in order to simplify responses, reduce costs and minimize delays, thus guaranteeing first-rate service to our users. We are also perfecting our RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and business rules algorithms, which are at the heart of our platform's ability to identify and use the most relevant knowledge. These proprietary algorithms are among the most impressive features of our platform, enabling us to offer an unrivalled service to our users.
  2. Expanding Communication Channels: Get ready for exciting new features! While we’ve already established channels like email and WhatsApp, we’re now focused on enhancing our offerings further. We’re developing a Chat option to provide even more ways for businesses to connect with their customers seamlessly. Additionally, we’re considering expanding into other channels such as social networks and Voice chat to ensure comprehensive coverage and accessibility for our users.
  3. Enhance agent support with Copilot: Agents are the backbone of Klark, and we equip them with advanced tools for translating, summarizing and creating tutorials on internal processes, to improve their efficiency.

These three areas pave the way for the launch of a global CRM: no more scattered requests! We look forward to unveiling a single platform that will enable companies to manage all customer interactions seamlessly, simplifying workflows and boosting productivity.
